We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with all tags, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return

Once your return is approved, you will receive:

  • a free return shipping label, and

  • instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

If necessary, the return address will be confirmed by our support team based on your region.

Damaged or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • clearance or final sale items

  • personalized or custom-made items

Exchanges

For exchanges, please return the original item first. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

We will notify you once your returned item has been received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund.
